My name is Emma Birches

I am passionate about supporting people to find a place of relaxation, reconnection and peace through the tools of yoga.

 

I’ve been practising yoga for over 15 years, and it has supported my mental health through many phases of life. More recently, a chronic health condition lead me to abandon my practice, and I realised just how much I needed yoga as my mental health deteriorated. I rediscovered yoga in a gentler, more compassionate way — adapting movement, exploring breathwork, and learning how the wider tools of yoga could help me heal and reconnect.

My classes are slow, supportive, beginner-friendly, and designed for real people with real lives — especially those feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or disconnected.
